Due to the personal, spiritual, and subjective nature of astrology guidance, counselling sessions, healing recommendations, bracelet recommendations, digital reports, customized products, and consultation services, refunds will not be provided based on personal expectations, dissatisfaction with spiritual outcomes, change of mind, delayed personal results, or individual beliefs and interpretations. Astroushaa does not guarantee specific life outcomes, emotional results, financial changes, relationship improvements, or health-related benefits from any service or product offered.

Orders that have already been processed, customized, shipped, digitally delivered, or completed may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, contact details, and order preferences during checkout. Astroushaa shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or losses caused by incorrect customer information, courier issues, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a refund request is approved after review and verification, the eligible refund amount will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on payment providers and banking timelines. Shipping charges, transaction fees, taxes, and handling costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
