Return & Cancellation Policy

At Astroushaa, we aim to provide quality products, spiritual services, and a smooth customer experience. Since many of our products are spiritually prepared, customized, handmade, personalized, energized, or made specifically upon order confirmation, customers are requested to carefully review product details, descriptions, pricing, and service information before placing an order or booking a consultation.

Cancellation requests may only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed, customized, prepared, shipped, or digitally delivered. Once an order enters processing, spiritual preparation, packaging, shipping, or service scheduling stages, cancellation requests may not be eligible for approval. Astroushaa reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for products or services that have already been initiated, completed, reserved, customized, or dispatched.

Due to hygiene, customization, spiritual preparation, personal use nature, and product authenticity considerations, returns are generally not accepted for bracelets, healing products, customized spiritual items, personalized recommendations, astrology reports, digital products, counselling sessions, consultations, or services once delivered or completed. Customers are advised to ensure that they understand the product or service before confirming their purchase.

In rare situations where a return request is considered, the customer must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide valid proof such as images, videos, unboxing evidence, order details, and a clear explanation of the issue. Products must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging for any review process. Astroushaa reserves the right to inspect, verify, approve, or reject return requests at its sole discretion.

Astroushaa shall not be responsible for return or cancellation requests arising from personal expectations, spiritual beliefs, dissatisfaction with subjective experiences, delayed results, change of mind, incorrect customer information, delivery delays caused by third-party courier services, or misunderstanding of product usage and purpose. Natural variations in color, texture, stone patterns, handcrafted appearance, or packaging shall not be considered defects eligible for return or cancellation.

By placing an order, booking a service, or using the Astroushaa website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Cancellation Policy along with all related website terms, disclaimers, and policies. Astroushaa reserves the right to update, modify, restrict, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
